Wichtig ist daher festzustellen, was die Ursache der Beschwerden ist. Eine Vermutung ist, dass chronische Beschwerden durch Entz\u00fcndungsreaktionen zumindest bef\u00f6rdert werden. F\u00fcr solche Entz\u00fcndungsreaktionen k\u00f6nnten auch Nahrungsmittel mit verantwortlich sein. Ein Hinweis darauf folgt aus einem erh\u00f6hten Spiegel von bestimmten Antik\u00f6rpern (sog. IgG-Antik\u00f6rper) folgen. Diese IgG-Antik\u00f6rper sind labordiagnostisch nachweisbar. Die Vermeidung der auf diese Weise identifizierten Nahrungsmittel hat in der praktischen Anwendung bereits in zahlreichen F\u00e4llen Beschwerden gemindert. Verschieden Studien unterst\u00fctzen die Vermutung des Zusammenhangs zwischen Nahrungsmitteln und einzelnen chronischen Beschwerden sowie dem daraus folgenden therapeutischen Ansatz. Darauf baut das Konzept von ImuPro auf.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Wissenschaftlich belegt sind die zuvor geschilderten Zusammenh\u00e4nge zwischen Nahrungsmittelaufnahme und der Bef\u00f6rderung chronischer Beschwerden jedoch noch nicht. Weitere Forschung ist n\u00f6tig. Die Zusammenh\u00e4nge sind au\u00dferdem in Wissenschaft und Schulmedizin umstritten. Das ImuPro-Konzept ist deswegen eine Methode der Komplement\u00e4rmedizin. Voraussetzung f\u00fcr die Anwendung ist in jedem Fall die therapeutische Begleitung und die vorherige schulmedizinische Abkl\u00e4rung anderer Ursachen.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ImuPro \u2013 Kritik<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">H\u00e4ufige Argumente von Kritikern sind, dass jeder Mensch-IgG-Antik\u00f6rper gegen Nahrungsmittel bilde und Allergien ohnehin selten seien. Allerdings wird dann in der Regel von der klassischen Allergie (Typ-I) gesprochen und nicht ausreichend zwischen Antik\u00f6rper-Typen differenziert. Typ-I-Allergien gehen mit schnell auftretenden Symptomen wie z. B. Ausschlag einher. Solche Symptome beruhen tpyischerweise auf der Freisetzung von Histamin, woran u. a. IgE-Antik\u00f6rper beteiligt sind. ImuPro testet hingegen IgG-Antik\u00f6rper, die Ausl\u00f6ser f\u00fcr sog. verz\u00f6gerte Allergien des Typs III sein k\u00f6nnen. Es werden also keine IgE vermittelten Sofortallergien des Typs I getestet, keine Nahrungsmittelunvertr\u00e4glichkeiten und nicht nur singul\u00e4r sog. IgG-4-Antik\u00f6rper. Stattdessen testet ImuPro IgG-1, IgG-2 und IgG-3 und IgG-4-Antik\u00f6rper.
